2.1 Taxi Services

  • Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 12-24 hours before pickup
  • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup

2.2 Wedding Travel Packages

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 days before the event date
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 3-7 days before the event
  • No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event

2.3 Tour Packages

  • Full refund if cancelled 15 days before the tour date
  • 75% refund if cancelled between 7-15 days before the tour
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 3-7 days before the tour
  • No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the tour

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through our website or contact us directly
  2. Provide booking reference number and reason for cancellation
  3. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  4. Refund will be issued through the original payment method
